St. Francis of Assisi Council 8846 Knights of Columbus is an organization of Catholic men dedicated to service in honor of God. The knights strive toward improving the quality of life in the communities in which they live and work.

Council 8846 sponsors two blood-drives in association with the American Red Cross each year. We actively support the Northville Civic Association and participate in the planning and implementation of the annual July Fourth "Doin's".

We have sponsored a Free Throw contest for boys and girls ages 10 to 14 for fifteen consecutive years, during which we have had two New York State Champions. We also have a Toys for Christmas Joy campaign every year with the cooperation of the Northville, Edinburg and Wells Schools.
